You can see the cost of our various interior design services as you go through the order process - before you pay - and if you have a voucher or promo code, the cost will be discounted accordingly once you enter it.
When placing an order on our website, you will be asked for your credit card details (we accept Visa or Mastercard).
You need to enter these to submit your order but your payment will only be processed once your order is completed and your advice is in your inbox. You’ll receive your receipt via email then too.
Why do we do it this way? It’s just like when you book a hotel by providing your credit card details, even though you’re not charged until later on. It means you can be sure you’re only paying for something you have received and we can be sure our stylists are working hard for good reason.
We use a secure, trusted payments service and do not store credit card details on our website at any time.
